MULTI-ADAPTOR

An ingenious solution to a multitude of problems

Materials: All metals, plastics and O rings used are resistant to most modern dairy chemicals.

This single kit of parts will facilitate a large number of inter-connection solutions when completing or modifying a dairy installation.

The kit consists of the following

1 x threaded TEE moulding

3 x internally threaded Cotswold caps with stainless steel grab rings and O ring seals (accepts 8mm / 5/16” nylon hose)

2 x Ambic Adaptors (accepts Ambic delivery hose with or without bell-end)

1 x end-stop with internal viton O-ring seal.

Ambic to Ambic Straight connector with tee connection to Cotswold 8mm / 5/16” hose, (suitable for adding a Cotswold Extension to an Ambic installation).

For many years, dairy engineers have needed to carry a whole variety of adaptors and connectors in order to interconnect different manufacturers’ equipment.

The process has always been complicated, long, and expensive.

Now, by using the Cotswold Multi-Adaptor, they can, for example:-

• swap a Cotswold vacuum teat sprayer for an Ambic
• swap an Ambic vacuum teat sprayer for a Cotswold
• fit a Cotswold drop-point (extension) into a run of Ambic extensions
• fit an Ambic drop-point (extension) into a run of Cotswold extensions
• fit a Cotswold spray gun onto an Ambic drop-point/extension
• fit an Ambic gun onto a Cotswold drop-point/extension
• create a huge choice of multi-brand straight connectors, elbows and tees.

Below we show just a few of the many applications for   VS55 MultiAdaptor

Cotswold 8mm / 5/16” tube to all three connections

Straight connector between two Cotswold 8mm / 5/16” nylon tubes (bottom blanked)

Elbow between Cotswold 8mm / 5/16” and Ambic delivery tube (other arm blanked).

Ambic to Ambic Straight Connector (other arm blanked)

Ambic to Ambic Elbow (other arm blanked).

Cotswold to Cotswold Elbow (other arm blanked).

Although we describe Cotswold and Ambic systems in these examples, the Multi-Adaptor can be used with most other manufacturer’s push-in or push-over delivery hoses.
