 Cotswold Tank Washers are manufactured to the highest standards. They are very simple to install, operate and service, and will provide years of trouble-free operation. Each washer contains its own water reservoir, high pressure pump(s), electronic control system, and special solenoid valves for automatic chemical entrainment (mixing). No additional water tank is required. All versions are available with internal water-heating elements.

 

Because installations vary, we do not include installations fittings, but we stock and can supply a wide range of installation parts at very low cost. This includes rigid blue PVC ¾" (18mm) pipe, in 8 feet (2.3 metre) lengths, 90° elbows, 45° bends, tees and sockets.

 

Single pump cold water tank washers are suitable for tanks up to 500 gallons (2270 litres), and dual-pump versions can cope with up to 1000 gallons (4540 litres), and switched pump models are suitable for two tanks, each of up to 500 gallons (2270 litres). Hot water tank washers are recommended for use with DX milk tanks.

 

Floor standing washers contain a micro-controller which is programmed with
8 different wash/rinse sequences, allowing it to cope with most normal conditions including low water quality and difficult-to-remove residues.
